Henan Golden Sun Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is celebrating its 8th Festival of Respect for Seniors and Filial Piety. Eight years on, our founding purpose remains unchanged. The company has consistently carried forward a philosophy of filial piety and gratitude, weaving the traditional virtues of respecting elders and caring for family into its corporate culture. Through plain, heartfelt actions, we sow seeds of goodness across the company and let gratitude and warmth flow through every corner of the plant.

At the event, Song Xin'an, Secretary of the Company's Party Branch, delivered a speech. He extended festive greetings and warm wishes to all employees and to the elders in their families. He noted that Golden Sun's growth rests on the dedication of every employee on the production front line, and even more on the quiet understanding, support and backing of employees' families and elders.

Excellence in castings begins with excellence in character, and the root of any enterprise is the family. Eight years of this festival are no empty ritual: they are Golden Sun's sustained practice of a culture of filial piety. He expressed the hope that every Golden Sun employee would always keep a grateful heart — honoring elders at home, doing their duty diligently at work, bringing good family traditions into the workplace, and embedding responsibility in every role. He added that Golden Sun casts its products with integrity and brings its people together through filial love.

Then came the most moving moment of the day. Mr. Song presented flowers to employees aged 60 and over who are still working on the production lines. Each bouquet carried the company's deep respect for these veterans, who have devoted decades to the casting industry. Tempered by years on the job, they command superb craftsmanship and have worked quietly decade after decade. They pass on skills through mentoring and lead by example through their perseverance; they are among Golden Sun's most valuable assets. Presenting the flowers was both thanks and tribute — to their decades alongside the company, and to the sweat that has accompanied Golden Sun's steady growth.

Later, Yan Tao, Production Director, and Xu Qingjun, Quality Director, jointly presented gifts of filial care to employees aged 60 and over. Each gift carried the company's sincere care. We thank these senior colleagues for their decades of commitment to production and to strict quality control. They have made outstanding contributions to stable casting quality and smooth operations.

The warmth continued after the ceremony. That same day, a delegation — Yan Tao, Production Director; Gui Yongqiang, Chairman of the Labor Union; and Sun Henglan from the Human Resources Department — set out with care packages to visit the homes of three employees' elderly parents. At each home, the team sat down with the elders and asked carefully about their health and daily life. They thanked the elders for supporting their children's work at Golden Sun and for raising employees who are diligent, devoted to family and upright. On behalf of the company, the delegation offered its sincere festive wishes. Warm greetings and thoughtful gifts reached beyond the factory gates into employees' homes, bringing the company's care straight to the elders.From the ceremony on site to the visits at home, we honored senior employees still on the job and showed our care for the elders in our employees' families. After eight years of honoring elders and practicing filial piety, Golden Sun remains convinced that an enterprise is rooted in harmonious, upright families.
